Senior Manager, Pharmacy Analytics - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Pharmacy Analytics Manager to join our team. The individual will be responsible for managing the analytics of the Rightway Pharmacy Network, including compliance to contracts, network strategy, reporting, and pharmacy audit analytics.

• Manage the pharmacy analytics program for Rightway's pharmacy network.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize client network opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Develop pharmacy strategy related to audits.

• Provide regular reporting and analysis of pharmacy network performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in PBM analytics or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in making pharmacy data actionable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
