  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and on a team.
  • Demonstrate empathy and emotional support.
  • High-school diploma or GED required.
  • Flexibility to meet business needs.
  • Preferred: 1 year experience in pharmacy billing.
