Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Experience in Family medicine or primary care preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Ability to order and administer immunizations.
• Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• EPIC experience preferred.
