Overview

The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide care for children and adults with eating disorders through Equip's virtual Telehealth platform, working as part of a dedicated treatment team.

• Provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders.

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner.
• 3+ years of outpatient experience treating various age groups.
• Effective communication skills with patients and team members.
• Ability to maintain active licenses and pursue cross licensing.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and professional development.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team setting.
