Requirements

• 5+ years of advanced clinical experience in complex care.
• Experience or interest in digital-first healthcare.
• Comfortable using technology for virtual patient care.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active state licensure in most states.
• Fluency in English/Spanish is a bonus.
