Family Nurse Practitioner - Remote

Overview

The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for children and adults with eating disorders via Equip’s 100% virtual Telehealth platform.

In Short

• Provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders.
• Implement medication treatment plans in a virtual clinic setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Utilize between-session messaging to support patients.
• Engage in treatment team meetings and supervision.
• Maintain a caseload of up to 250 patients.
• Work Monday to Friday, with evening hours required.
• Participate in professional development and training.
• Provide excellent evidence-based care.
• Work from home with no travel required.

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner.
• 3+ years of experience treating patients in an outpatient setting.
• Ability to maintain active licenses and pursue cross licensing.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and team members.
• Commitment to professional development and evidence-based care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
