Requirements

  • 10+ years of management experience in a clinical setting.
  • Remote team management experience preferred.
  • Expertise in CMS risk adjustment coding.
  • Coding certification through AHIMA or AAPC.
  • ICD-10 proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, or Health Information Management preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with financial decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills.
