Employee Relations Advisor - Remote

Overview

As an Employee Relations Advisor at CVS Health, you will be responsible for supporting a designated business unit by providing advice, consultation and guidance to leaders and employees on the application of CVS Health policies and practices.

• Provide advice and consultation on employee relations issues.
• Support resolution of employee relations concerns.
• Manage a caseload of workplace inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct workplace investigations and utilize case management systems.
• Advise on performance management and employee misconduct.
• Deliver training to leaders on employee relations topics.
• Mitigate risk and adverse exposure to the company.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Compliance.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Maintain case management metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of employee relations experience.
• Experience with employee relations case management systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Knowledge of employment/labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills including conflict management.
• Preferred certifications: Dispute Resolution, Mediation, EEO Investigator.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
