Overview

We are hiring an Inside Sales Analyst for our SMB Sales team in Brazil. This position is responsible for managing a large volume of new leads across various channels in a dynamic and evolving environment.

In Short

  • Manage and negotiate with small businesses (20-100 employees).
  • Conduct negotiations through various channels including phone, video calls, chat, and email.
  • Develop customized commercial proposals demonstrating how Wellhub can add value.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline ensuring efficient conversion of opportunities.
  • Negotiate leads from inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  • Act strategically in conducting and closing solid and sustainable business deals.
  • Focus on revenue generation and efficient process execution using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or SaaS companies.
  • Able to manage short sales cycles for small businesses.
  • Consultative and strategic approach to client management.
  • Experience in converting qualified inbound leads.
  • Ability to manage multiple communication channels efficiently.
  • Organized and disciplined in handling a high-volume pipeline of opportunities.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to plan and achieve objectives efficiently.
