People Ops Analyst - Remote

Overview

The People Ops Analyst will oversee the operational aspects of our People Operations in Europe, with a focus on Spain and Italy, ensuring processes run smoothly and improving operational efficiency.

In Short

• Support People activities that require in-person attendance in Europe.
• Assist the People Ops Manager with managing employee lifecycle documents.
• Oversee payroll processes for Italy and Spain.
• Ensure HRIS data is up to date.
• Manage correspondence in Italy and Spain (remotely).
• Ensure internal processes comply with the law.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures.
• Support other stakeholders with administrative tasks.
• Ensure continuous support during colleague absences.

Requirements

• A degree in Administration or HR is preferable.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in HR.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Spanish and Italian labour law is an asset.
• Proficiency in Workday.
• Strong organizational skills with adaptability.
• Ability to maintain a network of contacts.
• Self-starter with a solution-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
