Overview

Join Wellhub as a Customer Experience Specialist where you will provide exceptional support to our users and gym partners in Spain and Germany.

In Short

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage customer communications and reply to requests by email and chat.
  • Provide accurate information using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers through empathy.
  • Manage the CRM system and keep records of customer interactions.
  • Achieve personal/team targets.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple departments to support processes.
  • Engage customers proactively.
  • Live the mission of inspiring and empowering others.

Requirements

  • Hybrid position for candidates located in Madrid; remote for others.
  • Proficient/Fluent in German and English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or helpdesk.
  • Availability to work from 12 PM to 9 PM (Madrid time).
  • Team player focused on achieving goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality service.
  • Flexible and resourceful in problem-solving.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and dynamic.
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
