Overview

The Global Tax Policy & Controversy Director is responsible for developing and implementing corporate tax policy strategies, monitoring tax legislation, and engaging with key stakeholders to advocate for the organization’s tax interests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Law, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in tax policy or government relations.
• Expertise in domestic and international tax laws and OECD guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of tax legislative processes.
• Experience engaging with government agencies and policymakers.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.
