Planning Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Planning Specialist will join the Customer Experience team at Wellhub, responsible for workforce management tools, scheduling, and performance analysis to improve service coverage.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of arrival pattern analysis.
• Experience in maintaining roster rotation cycles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in demand forecasting.
• Familiarity with Zendesk ecosystem is desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus.
