Overview

The Sales Enablement Manager manages all operational support within the Sales department, leading through various sales processes, facilitating communications between teams, and ensuring operational excellence.

In Short

  • Manage operational support for the Sales department.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure seamless execution of operational processes.
  • Handle Insertion Orders (IOs) and liaise with agencies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams.
  • Manage target list confirmations and approvals.
  • Participate in reporting and pacing calls.
  • Address data discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
  • Work with billing on invoicing discrepancies.
  • Participate in a commission plan based on sales goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in account and operations management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with IO terms and sales operations (preferred).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
