Overview

As Teamlead HR&IT you are responsible for the management and further development of our people & culture team as well as the management of our office IT team. You decide where you work: at one of our locations in Constance or Munich or a hybrid mix.

In Short

  • You will lead a 3-person People & Culture team in technical and disciplinary terms
  • You will lead the 2-person office IT team in a disciplinary capacity
  • In direct coordination with the management, you are responsible for the management and implementation of strategic HR initiatives and drive forward our new work approaches at coliquio
  • You will further develop central processes and policies from administrative processes to personnel planning, development, personnel controlling, retention management and performance management
  • You ensure that all HR-related processes (full employee life cycle) run smoothly
  • You will provide advice to our managers and management on employment law and HR-related matters
  • You coordinate closely with our Group recruiting team to ensure that all coliquio positions are recruited appropriately by the team
  • You are responsible for budget management in your areas

Requirements

  • You have extensive experience in a generalist role as well as many years of management experience
  • You have already developed and managed cross-organizational strategies in human resources
  • You have sound experience in the areas of HR and organizational development
  • Ideally an affinity for IT topics in the area of office infrastructure
  • You have strong communication skills and pragmatism in dealing with managers and employees
  • Experience in collaboration at group level is desirable
  • You are fluent in German and have a very good knowledge in English
  • Experience in project management for integration projects in an international English-speaking environment
  • Hands-on mentality and confident demeanor in stressful situations
  • High reliability and service mentality
