Senior Data Analyst - Tableau Reporting - Remote

Overview

The Data Analytics team is looking for a motivated Senior Data Analyst to assist in improving and creating new dashboards in Tableau, troubleshooting Tableau cluster issues. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, experience with writing and analyzing SQL queries, and is eager to learn and grow within a data-driven environment.

In Short

• Collaborate with business teams to create dashboards
• Research and implement new Tableau features
• Help with troubleshooting dashboards and Tableau cluster issues
• Work toward optimizing existing datasets to maximize workbook performance
• Work on improving DA processes in rolling out and documenting new workbooks
• Gather feedback from users to continuously improve the usability and effectiveness of dashboards and reports
• Promote and adhere to best practices in data visualization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features, updates, and industry trends

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with Tableau
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
• Strong experience with SQL for data extraction
• Familiarity with extensions, TabPy, and tableaucmd is a plus
• Creative thinker with a passion for data visualization
• High level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to work 2:30-11:30pm IST, or overlap at least 4 hours with East Coast U.S. work hours
