Overview

Webflow is seeking a Director of Partner Operations to lead the strategy, infrastructure, and execution behind our rapidly scaling partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving the success of our partner programs, owning enablement and engagement strategies, and building operational excellence to support our Strategic and Partner Account Management teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships or partner operations
• Proven success in designing and scaling partner programs
• Experience with CRM systems and BI tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience managing agency or solution partner ecosystems
• Familiarity with partner ecosystem tools
• Systems-thinking mindset
