Overview

The Director of Partner Operations will lead the operational performance and health of key partner accounts, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing program delivery while building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

In Short

Lead day-to-day operations for health plan and PACE partners.
Support operational workflows for hospital system partners.
Oversee partner onboarding and execution of programs.
Monitor partner satisfaction and program health.
Serve as primary contact for operational matters.
Build relationships with leaders at partner organizations.
Collaborate with clinical, sales, product, and tech teams.
Manage partner issues and oversee performance tracking.
Champion delivery standards and continuous improvement.
Develop partner-facing dashboards and internal reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
5+ years in operations or partner success, preferably in healthcare.
Strong grasp of healthcare operations and workflows.
Proven success in partner management and onboarding.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Analytical mindset with performance tracking experience.
Flexible to travel up to 50% as required.
