The SMB Client Success Manager at Wealth.com is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth by maintaining and expanding relationships with small to medium-sized clients in the estate planning sector.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in SaaS software adoption with enterprise accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth orientation.
  • Strong customer rapport-building skills.
  • Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue models.
  • Operational excellence in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Ability to map the customer journey.
  • Flexibility in responding to evolving business priorities.
  • Collaboration skills across organizations.
  • Willingness to travel if needed.
  • Bonus: experience with financial institutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
