Overview

The Bilingual Employer Engagement Coordinator will focus on promoting inclusive hiring practices and engaging employers to meet their labor market needs, while working remotely with some travel to the Ottawa region.

In Short

• Plan and execute events to engage employers.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and French.

• Digital literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proven event management experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of local labor market trends.
• Results-driven with creative problem-solving skills.
