Senior Merchandise Associate, Curated Merchandising Physical Retail - Remote

Overview

This role is a hybrid position located in our Boston HQ. This role sits in office M-Th and is remote on Fridays. As Curated Merchandising Lead, you are responsible for optimizing product assortment and presentation in our physical retail stores.

In Short

• Drive store-specific customer experience improvements.
• Manage and maintain the Retail Assortment Tracking Tool (RATT).
• Coordinate product lifecycle decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish frameworks for seasonal product additions.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from store managers.
• Identify and address product availability issues.
• Contribute to signage development.
• Conduct planogram scans for product placement optimization.
• Support store flip operations.
• Provide weekly business updates and analyze sales data.

Requirements

• ~4+ years of experience in e-commerce or corporate retail.
• Strong interest in buying and supplier relationship management.
• Passion for industry trends and product design.
• Ability to understand brand vision and customer base.
• Critical thinking skills regarding sales and performance trends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Personable and energetic communicator.
• Comfortable speaking with C-suite level suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter capable of achieving target goals.
