Overview

As a Junior Account Manager, you will work closely with our expert consulting teams to promote our services and identify new business opportunities for Wavestone.

In Short

  • Manage and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prospect new clients and organize meetings to present our expertise.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and implement action plans as needed.
  • Lead the pre-sales cycle for consulting services.
  • Qualify client needs and develop commercial offers.
  • Negotiate offers with client purchasing departments.
  • Analyze client environments to identify investment opportunities.
  • Define and manage commercial action plans for targeted accounts.
  • Enhance synergies with other practices to meet client needs.

Requirements

  • Motivated to learn and interested in business development.
  • Recent graduate with a Bac +5 from a top management or engineering school.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Curiosity and a strong results orientation.
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2).
  • Desire to join a small team that fosters individual growth.
