Overview

As a Junior Account Manager at marta, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing your own client base while contributing to a significant societal mission.

In Short

  • Manage and acquire your own client base without cold calling.
  • Provide technical support and explain the marta platform to clients.
  • Act as a point of contact for families of care recipients.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and assist with care transitions.
  • Share best practices for conflict resolution with families.
  • Collaborate closely with teams from different countries.
  • Continuously provide feedback to optimize internal processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required; mindset is key!
  • Winning mentality with a willingness to learn and excel.
  • Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success is a plus.
  • Enjoy communicating and convincing clients over the phone.
  • Friendly, open, and communicative personality.
  • Fluent in German (minimum C2); English is a plus.
  • Experience with systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Hubspot is an advantage.
