Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business management consulting with team leadership.
• Proven business development skills with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Experience leading projects in consulting and industry environments.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate risks and take proactive measures.
• Hands-on leadership experience with internal and external teams.
• Experience in coaching and motivating teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.
