Regional Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

The company is a leader in home elevators, seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales representatives across the Atlantic Coast from New York to Southern Georgia.

In Short

• Oversee a team of 8-12 Territory Sales Managers.
• Maintain existing accounts and manage sales performance.
• Recruit and vet new sales professionals.
• Address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Visit markets at least twice a year.
• Meet with customers, contractors, designers, and architects.
• Attend industry events such as the Annual NAHB International Builders Show.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting.
• Focus on increasing deposits and aligning with company growth goals.
• Support a positive work environment and company culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in technical sales and managing teams.
• Stable job history with no more than 2 jobs in the past 5-6 years.
• Driver's License required.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to coach and inspire sales teams.
• Background in selling specialized products.
