Overview

As a Legal Counsel at WA.Technology, you will provide legal advice on contractual issues, assist in negotiating commercial deals, and ensure fit-for-purpose contracts to support key relationships.

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts.
• Provide legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters.

Requirements

• Min. 5 years experience as a Legal Counsel.
• Experience in the iGaming industry or related regulated industry.
• Experience with agreement drafting and negotiation.
• Advanced level of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Jira, Google Suite, and MS applications.
• Proactive with attention to detail.
• Business-oriented and collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Core expertise in commercial and corporate law.
• Additional expertise in employment law.
