Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Passionate about talent acquisition and committed to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Able to navigate ambiguous situations and adapt to propose solutions.
• Comfortable in a fast-growing and transformational organizational context.
• Curious and willing to challenge the status quo.
• Able to build connections and engage with people.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Smart Recruiter.
• Comfortable using social media in the recruitment process.
