Overview

As a Carrier Operations Analyst at Vonage, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery and management of carrier services, enhancing the performance of SMS and Voice Operations.

In Short

• Perform number and short code provisioning.
• Assist with testing of new numbers and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Experience in a contact center or telco environment.

• Experience with tools like Zendesk and Jira is a plus.
• SQL experience with Kibana, Snowflake, and MySQL preferred.
