The Carrier Operations Analyst II works with cross-functional teams on a variety of operations-related projects, gaining valuable professional experience with multiple and varied business scenarios.
In Short
Perform day-to-day communication with carriers and local partners regarding disputes and cost alignment.
Engage with team members, technical and business colleagues to ensure correct costings and pricing.
Analyse invoices from carrier partners and reconcile against our usage records and databases.
Support team projects to analyse and evaluate carrier/infrastructure changes.
Collaborate closely with the BI team to identify areas for improvement in current reporting.
Escalate invoice issues that need to be addressed by higher management.
Work closely with the Carrier Management and Carrier Account Manager Teams.
Generate regular reports related to CPaaS cost services.
Requirements
Knowledge of essential telecommunications areas of service, invoicing cycles and cost structure.
Excellent mathematics and numerical skills; ideally with a Finance bias.
Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening.
Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build reports in BI systems and create SQL queries.
Multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Interact and communicate with all levels of staff.
Understand contract management obligations.
Learn new systems and procedures quickly.
