• Conduct complex analyses of operational data to uncover trends and generate actionable insights.
• Monitor and report on daily Care Operations metrics.
• Summarize findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to tracking the impact of operational initiatives.
• Work closely with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations.
• Support improvements to patient care workflows.
• Execute on ad hoc data requests and analyses.
• Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or business strategy.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data for decision-making.
• Effective communicator for presenting insights.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and familiar with BI tools.
