The Labour and Employee Relations Coordinator provides essential support in managing labour and employee relations, ensuring compliance with collective agreements, and assisting in negotiations and policy development.

  • Provides support to the Senior Director and Labour Relations Officers.
  • Handles collective agreement administration and compliance.

  • Collaborates with HR colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Participates in collective agreement negotiations.
  • Ensures accurate data management in SAP.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business or Human Resources.
  • 2 years of experience in Labour and Employee Relations.
  • Experience in a unionized environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
  • Flexibility to manage varied functions.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
