The Senior Counsel, Labor & Employee Relations at Meow Wolf is responsible for developing and implementing labor strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and serving as the primary liaison between the company and union representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration or related field; JD preferred.
• 10 years of experience in labor relations, with in-house counsel experience preferred.
• Experience in collective bargaining and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex issues.
• Experience with workplace investigations and employee relations.
• Ability to train and guide management and HR on labor issues.
• Familiarity with employment litigation processes.
• Proven track record in developing labor relations strategies.
