VOLENTUM is a nationwide personnel consultancy in Germany specializing in the placement of specialists and executives, including C-level positions. We are looking for a motivated new colleague who wants to grow with us.

In Short

• Active marketing and presentation of suitable candidates within our client network.
• Coordination and support during the recruitment process between candidates and client companies.
• Writing reports and candidate profiles.
• Collaboration with our HR consultants to develop individual solutions for client inquiries.

Requirements

• Experience in personnel consulting and/or recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills and structured work style.
• Self-initiative and high self-motivation.
• Enjoyment in networking and talent placement.
• Team-oriented and flexible.
• Excellent German language skills and enjoyment in writing texts.
