Requirements

• BA or associate degree preferred, with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Strong candidate assessment and interview skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software.
