Overview

The Recruiting Consultant at Strada is responsible for assessing talent for high volume and experienced roles, while also providing strategic support to business leaders and collaborating with HR and vendors to meet talent objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of search processes and Boolean search.
• Proficiency in mining CRM and databases for candidates.
• Desire to leverage technology and embrace change.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment projects.
• Motivated to take on additional responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with Workday Recruit and Phenom CRM preferred.
