Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at Vocal Media, you'll play a critical role in building the data infrastructure and tools that help us measure the impact of our campaigns and set our team up for success.

In Short

Support the build and optimization of Vocal Media’s data warehouse.
Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows for data ingestion and transformation.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand data needs.
Share best practices, mentor engineering team members, and conduct code reviews.
Maintain a meticulously documented and tested codebase.
Contribute to long-term architectural plans and lead projects.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in software or data engineering.
Experience with large datasets and optimizing ETL processes.
Fluency in Python and SQL.
Experience with GCP, Cloud Run, Airflow, and Docker.
Prior experience mentoring junior engineers.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
