Director of Finance - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy as Vocal Media scales aggressively into new markets, verticals, and M&A. This is not a traditional “keep-the-lights-on” finance role — you’ll be the CEO’s primary co-pilot for identifying, modeling, and executing multi-million-dollar growth bets.

• Lead financial strategy for growth and expansion
• Architect and launch new revenue streams
• Oversee financial due diligence for acquisitions
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and KPI dashboards
• Drive pricing optimization and margin expansion
• Present financial narratives to board and investors
• Ensure scalable accounting operations and compliance
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience required
• Master-level financial modeling expertise needed

Requirements

• 6+ years in finance, with 3+ in strategic roles
• Track record of building new revenue lines
• Expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Experience presenting to boards and investors
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• MBA or CPA preferred
