Overview

The Director of Finance is responsible for leading all financial and accounting operations for Latitude Therapy. This role ensures the organization’s financial health, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment of financial strategy with organizational goals.

In Short

Establish and improve financial policies and internal controls.
Produce accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Lead the full accounting cycle including accounts payable and receivable.
Manage cash flow and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state regulations.
Lead the development of annual budgets.
Oversee payroll processing and compliance.
Serve as a financial advisor to executive leadership.
Supervise the financial department.
Foster collaboration across departments.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Experience in managing audits and compliance.
Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
