Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join Vocal Media's team as a Digital Program Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations of client social media programs and managing a dedicated team of social media managers.

• Lead and develop a team of strategists for social media programs.
• Monitor content output and performance across client social media accounts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of social media experience, including 2+ years in management.
• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Proven track record in managing teams and client relationships.
• Experience with social impact campaigns.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube strategies.
• Experience with performance tracking and data analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools preferred.
