Overview

The Sales Specialist for Medical Solutions will be responsible for achieving sales targets by delivering value selling, creating solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process within assigned hospitals in Hanoi and North Province.

In Short

  • Ensure sales target achievement by working with customers.
  • Accelerate sales growth in top priority hospitals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and KOLs.
  • Plan and execute event activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and analyze market potential.
  • Report sales trends and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the distributor’s team.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Develop business with concept selling.
  • Cooperate with distributors during bidding execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiating, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Persistent and has a winning mindset.
