Overview

As a Technical Engineer at Solventum, you will oversee the technical implementation of Fluency Direct, ensuring it meets the unique needs of diverse customers in healthcare.

In Short

• Implement Clinician Productivity Solutions products.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams.
• Support installations, testing, and go-lives.

• Work closely with Product Management and Sales.
• Provide hands-on technical support in clinical environments.

• Travel may include up to 10% domestic/international.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in relevant field.
• 4 years of experience in Health Information Technology support.
• Experience with Citrix and VMware technologies.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server environments.
• Experience with thin client devices.
• Hands-on experience with speech and CAPD solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Solventum HIS products is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
