Manager, Internal Communications (Supply Chain & RAQPS) - Remote

Overview

As Manager, Internal Communications, you will support two of Solventum’s most critical enterprise functions: Supply Chain and Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Product Stewardship (RAQPS). You will help shape how employees across these technical, operational and highly regulated disciplines understand priorities, align to strategy and stay informed about initiatives that keep our business running safely, compliantly and efficiently.

• Develop and implement integrated communications strategies for Supply Chain and RAQPS.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders on change communications.
• Create campaigns that help employees understand functional strategy and key initiatives.
• Write and edit high-quality communications including leadership messages and operational updates.
• Build strong relationships with Supply Chain and RAQPS teams and stakeholders.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable communications.
• Manage editorial calendars for announcements and communications.
• Gather feedback to assess communication effectiveness.
• Support communications for town halls and recognition programs.
• Ensure all communications align with Solventum’s brand and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Six to eight years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Experience supporting technical or regulated business functions.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Solid project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience influencing and advising leaders.
• Familiarity with change management principles.
• Proactive mindset with curiosity and strategic thinking.
• Experience in healthcare, medtech, or manufacturing industries.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
