Overview

As a Consulting Services Manager at Solventum, you will lead healthcare innovation and provide oversight for medium to large scale systems, ensuring high business impact while fostering employee development and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7 years of clinical coding or consulting experience.
• RHIA, RHIT with CCS certification or RN License.
• 5 years of CDI experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Master's degree in HIM or Nursing preferred.
• 10 years of advanced CDI or HIM consulting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
