In Short

• Play a key role on the front-lines facing complexity and ambiguity with Customers, Sales, and our Delivery ecosystem.
• Work in a team of technologists, sales and delivery professionals.
• Support the development of our customers’ vision and accelerate their time to value.
• Drive customer adoption scenarios from building new solutions to modernizing legacy applications.
• Accountable for project planning and execution, customer experience, and ensuring delivery meets committed scope and budget.
• Expected to employ project management excellence to navigate complex organizations.
• Maintain excellence of project governance with internal and customer stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and own meeting outcomes.
• Ensure robust communication within the project team and with customers.
• Expect to travel to customer sites at least 50% of the time.

Requirements

• University degree or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years experience with enterprise-scale software solutions or consulting services delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership skills within complex projects.
• Comfortable creating plans and priorities for project delivery.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to foresee and assess risk and manage escalations.
• Certification or deep experience with standard frameworks such as PMI PMBOK or Prince2.
• Strong working knowledge of the Agile framework.
• Fluent in both English and German.
