The Account Director for Government Accounts in India will focus on building strong relationships with customers and leveraging technology to help them achieve their digital transformation goals.

  • Foster long-term strategic customer partnerships.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in consultative selling and customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and their business context.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes.
  • Experience managing large accounts, preferably in the government sector.
  • Proven track record in pipeline development and opportunity management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with VMware solutions is a plus.
  • Willingness to engage with various levels of stakeholders.
