Overview

As a National Account Manager at Vital Farms, you will be a data-driven leader and relationship builder, responsible for achieving sales objectives and fostering trust with key divisions in the Central and East regions of the country.

In Short

  • Achieve annual sales objectives and market share growth.
  • Work with Senior NAM to develop brand portfolio strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact with customers.
  • Create fact-based selling stories using various data sources.
  • Build relationships with customers and engage at different organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage broker agency teams and execute sales strategies.
  • Analyze market conditions and provide insights to sales leadership.
  • Develop a cadence for sharing insights with customers.
  • Participate in trade shows and customer events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of CPG experience in sales or account management.
  • Experience with Albertsons Companies preferred.
  • Remote position; must be near a major airport.
  • 1-2 years of broker agency management experience required.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • Sales experience with divisional headquarters teams preferred.
  • Understanding of distribution methods.
  • Expert knowledge of sales concepts and basic supply chain knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
