Overview

As a Farm Construction Manager at Vital Farms, you will oversee and manage the barn construction process for new contract layer hen farms, ensuring project timelines and compliance requirements are met while implementing best practices in project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Agriculture, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Must be located in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, or Southern Illinois.
• Ability to travel to farm locations a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication skills with contractors and tradespeople.
• Prior experience in agricultural construction is preferred.
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
