Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Manager to join our team, working on unique hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia.

In Short

• Directs overall planning of construction activities.
• Determines budget estimates and staffing requirements.
• Ensures availability of subcontractors and equipment.
• Establishes assignments for Construction Superintendents.
• Conducts performance evaluations and recommends promotions.
• Manages manpower, materials, and equipment assignments.
• Anticipates and resolves project-related problems.
• Prepares periodic reports for management and clients.
• Serves as primary contact with clients and government representatives.
• Maintains strong client and community relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in large construction projects.
• Experience with PMC and Main Contractors.
• Diversified knowledge of construction processes.
• Effective managerial capability on complex projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
