Overview

The Construction Manager will lead construction management methodologies for Smithfield Foods, ensuring successful execution of capital projects while optimizing production processes and resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction management.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Knowledge of engineering principles in food processing and meat industry.
• Familiarity with building codes and construction specifications.
• Strong project management and contract administration skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and build strong relationships.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods.
