Solution Advisor - Embedded Analytics - Remote

In Short

• Facilitate discovery and ideation workshops to define a product vision and its impact on the Partner organization and its customers.
• Build alignment across partner stakeholders (business, technical, executive) on that product vision.
• Support proof of concept (POC) projects by designing, developing, and presenting advanced analytics tailored to the partner data.
• Scope the at-scale partner solution, including data requirements, integration needs, and anticipated usage.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition and return on investment to support the partner’s decision-making process.
• Lead the solution design during the implementation, working closely with Visier’s and Partner's technical teams.
• Support Partner Go-To-Market teams as needed with your Solution and domain expertise.
• Proactively identify solution expansion opportunities within existing partner accounts.
• Lead POC projects for new use cases, showcasing additional capabilities and driving further adoption of our data and analytics platform.

Requirements

• Experienced in Solution Advisor or similar roles consulting, designing, or implementing analytics solutions.
• Experienced in Product Management.
• Experienced working with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing and data engineering patterns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• An academic background in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in Product Design, data analytics, people analytics or related disciplines are a plus.
• Experience in the HR technology industry is a plus.
• Experience working with the Visier Data Platform is a plus.
